1. Commitment

See The World Travel aims to make its website and client-facing digital services usable by people with different visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological needs.

2. Technical target

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the website's accessibility target. This is a design and testing target, not a claim of full conformance until the deployed website has been tested against all applicable success criteria.

3. Measures applied

Semantic heading structure, descriptive labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, sufficient text contrast, responsive layouts, touch-target sizing, meaningful alternative text, reduced-motion consideration, consistent navigation and accessible error/status messaging are part of the implementation baseline.

4. Documents and third-party services

See The World Travel aims to publish accessible PDFs and web versions of important legal and traveller resources. Third-party airline, hotel, payment or supplier platforms may have different accessibility capabilities outside our direct control.

5. Accessibility assistance

If a traveller cannot complete a task because of an accessibility barrier, See The World Travel will seek a reasonable alternative channel or format where practical.

6. Feedback

Accessibility feedback may be submitted through the website contact channel. Please identify the page, task, device/browser and assistive technology involved where possible.

7. Review

Accessibility should be re-tested after material design, content, authentication or portal changes. See The World Travel will treat accessibility defects as product-quality issues rather than cosmetic issues.

This document forms part of the See The World Travel compliance framework and should be reviewed when material legal, operational, supplier or technology changes occur.
