1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of https://seetheworld.co.za, operated by See The World Travel (Pty) Ltd, CK 2017/245847/07. By using the website you agree to comply with these terms and applicable South African law.

2. Travel information

Travel articles, destination information, exchange-rate displays, weather, news, checklists and planning tools are general information and may change without notice.

Visa, immigration, border, health, safety and entry requirements must be verified with the relevant government, embassy, airline, health authority or other official source before travel.

3. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or journey brief does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when See The World Travel communicates confirmation and the applicable supplier, documentation and payment conditions have been satisfied.

Quoted prices may be affected by availability, exchange rates, taxes, supplier changes and time-limited fare or accommodation conditions until confirmed.

4. Third-party travel suppliers

Flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, insurance and other travel products may be supplied by independent third parties. Supplier terms may apply in addition to See The World Travel's own terms.

Where See The World Travel acts as an intermediary or agent, the relevant supplier remains responsible for the service it provides, subject to applicable consumer law.

5. Account and portal security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying See The World Travel promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not upload unlawful content, malware or documents unrelated to your authorised trip.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, scrape restricted areas, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, abuse forms or use the website for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Original editorial content, brand assets, layouts, guides and proprietary material belong to See The World Travel or the relevant licensor. No ownership is transferred merely because the material is viewable online.

8. Electronic communications

Electronic communications and records may be used in the travel-planning relationship in accordance with applicable South African law, including ECTA.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

10. Availability and changes

See The World Travel may maintain, improve, suspend or change parts of the website where reasonably necessary. Critical client information should be preserved through the authorised portal and communication channels rather than relying on a public webpage.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules.

This document forms part of the See The World Travel compliance framework and should be reviewed when material legal, operational, supplier or technology changes occur.
